DATASET Description
Data is generated from survey responses from the Iverson burnout measure. The Iverson burnout measure is a Likert scale of agree to disagree. 

Iverson Burnout measure is described in Iverson, R. D., Olekalns, M., & Erwin, P. J. (1998). Affectivity, organizational stressors, and absenteeism: A causal model of burnout and its consequences. Journal of Vocational behavior, 52(1), 1-23.
